Ottawa County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no government, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections affiliation. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provides a consumer report or an FCRA-covered service for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. The site is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.
Purpose of the Site
This private reference points visitors toward Ottawa County jail and release-record resources, Oklahoma corrections tools, court systems, and outside research services. It stores no official custody record. It cannot confirm a release, file a document, post bond, alter a roster, or act for any government office.
Acceptable Use Rules
Access is conditioned on lawful, respectful use. You agree that you will not:
- break a law or violate another person's rights through the site;

Service Provided As Is
The site and all content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, no express or implied warranty is made concerning:
- accuracy, completeness, or currentness;
- continuous or uninterrupted availability;
- freedom from errors, bugs, or security weaknesses; or

Custody, charges, office information, and public records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement from the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office, ODOC, a court, or another public agency.

Severability
